Cycling Without Age Scotland Route 8 - Zetland Park

Zetland Park in Grangemouth is a historic park that is popular with local residents and visitors of all ages.Take a trishaw tour of this beautiful Victorian park which has been refurbished recently and upgraded to make it more accessible. It now boasts an inclusive play area including a wheelchair swing and a sensory garden - amongst other attractions.

Starting at Grangemouth Bike Library, the route takes a circular route around the park. Take in the beautiful gardens, restored war memorial and riverside paths. Plus, look out for the replica of the Charlotte Dundas, the world’s first practical steamship, as the centrepiece of the new play area.

The flat paths on this 2km route are tarmacked, making them easy for cyclists of all abilities. The entire route takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
