Small Eco campsite situated 2 miles outside Bonnybridge, Falkirk. Completly off grid, we rainwater harvest and have wind and solar power. We offer all the luxury of a lovely new toilet block, with hot showers , drinking fountain, usb charging points.
We have a eco pod office with a small shop for essentials and a games area where you can play badminton, croquet, lacrosse, football, or giant dominoes, all free of charge.
We have fire pits where you can toast marshmallows and you can wander round the winter fields looking for newts and butterflies. We also have a wildflower hillock where you get the most stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. You can even see the Wallace monument.
As we are a working livery yard and we have pony patting times so you can feed the resident shetland ponies Jock and Goldie. We also have a few bikes available for hire as we have miles of multiuser tracks on our doorstep.
A few miles from the famous Falkirk Wheel, which is free to enter, you can also easily access the Forth and Clyde canal path which takes you all the way to view the impressive Kelpies.
We are 10 mins drive from Stirling, 20 mins from Glasgow and 25 mins from Edinburgh, so you wont be short of places to visit.
