Battle of Falkirk 720th Anniversary

720th Anniversary commemoration event featuring Clann an Drumma  & Britannia XIV

The 720th anniversary of the Battle of Falkirk 1298 

Sir John De Graeme right hand man of Sir William Wallace and Sir John Stewart of Bonkyll along with the men of Bute and countless other Scots fought and died on the field of Battle at Falkirk on the 22nd of July 1298. 


The 720th anniversary of that fateful day will be marked with a wreath laying ceremony and service 

Muster at the Tomb of Sir John De Graeme to lay wreaths at the grave of Sir John Stewart of Bonkyll , Sir John De Graeme and on the Bute Cross before marching through Falkirk town to the Battle of Falkirk 1298 Memorial cairn in Callendar Park
