The Apartment has the default set up of 4 single beds in two bedrooms. If you require one of the rooms to have a super king, please give us 48 hours’ notice.
M9 Falkirk Apartment is perfectly situated, 30 minutes away from both Glasgow and Edinburgh, whilst only 15 minutes from Stirling. With enviable access to the M9 and the Glasgow-Edinburgh train line, you will be perfectly located to explore the entire region. With 100mbps unlimited Virgin Wifi, you will never be unconnected.
Within walking distance from the apartment is a 24 hour Tesco for all your needs. A short drive is the Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel.
The space
Recently redecorated and with brand new furniture and linen etc (October 2016) our apartment offers an unrivalled home-from-home comfort. Although we would recommend a car, the apartment is about 15 minutes walk from Polmont train station and on a well-served bus route so getting around would be easy.
Guest access
As a guest, you will have the entire house and garden space at your disposal. There is street parking directly outside the property, although those of limited mobility should be aware there is a slope and steps to the property and then, once inside, there are stairs to the apartment which is on the first floor.
Interaction with guests
We live about 25 minutes away so, if needed we will be available to sort out any problems. We also have local cleaners and friends who we can also contact if we are unable to help.
Other things to note
As mentioned previously, there is a slope and steps up to the property, which are not always even. We also have neighbours so we ask you to respect their space too.
For all direct bookings made on our website or by emailing our office on stay@evergreen-property.co.uk, payment for your entire reservation is due 30 days before Check-in or at time of booking if within 30 days. Direct Bookings benefit from the cheapest prices, more flexible payment terms and 3pm check-in and 11am check-out (need to be confirmed).
